This tour brings you on a 5-day trip to the final of the Dakar Rally into the Empty Quarter.

The Sea of Dunes in the empty quarter - the ultimate landscape in Saudi Arabia.

An incredible adventure into the largest uninhabited sand desert in the world. We will take you on an almost extreme adventure in an off-road vehicle with an overnight stay in the endless sand dunes. For three full days we are practically on our own and provide for ourselves completely in desert camps.

You have the choice to drive the 4x4 alone, following the guide's vehicle, or let an experienced driver take on the challenge of tackling the off-road sections.

Definitely a once in a lifetime adventure with the comfort and safety of a 4x4 like Toyota Landcruiser, HiLux or similar.

Visits to the Dakar Bivouac

The Dakar allows accredited individuals access to selected bivouacs as part of a guided VIP tour. Ride Xpower tour participants are automatically accredited.

The day ticket costs approximately €300 and can be ordered through Ride Xpower. Admission is limited and should be booked well in advance.

Our general terms and conditions apply. This tour requires a 50% deposit and the rest is due 90 days before the tour starts. 

You fly to Bisha Airport, from where your drive to the first desert camp. You should arrive in Bisha in the morning, the drive to the camp takes about 1 hour. Welcome from the tour manager and briefing on the tour schedule. Dinner and overnight stay in the desert camp.

We meet the Dakar at the start an at a spectator point depending on the route of the rally. Overnight in the desert camp, breakfast, lunch snacks, dinner, drinks and water are provided in the camp. 

The Dakar Rally is on its penultimate stage, and this is about positioning in the overall ranking for the final stage. We will set up our camp so that we can watch the start f the last stage live and talk to the racers at the start line.

The final stage is enhanced by the awarding of bonus points and should be quite exciting despite its relatively short distance. A fantastic spectacle for the spectators. In the evening, we can optionally attend the awards ceremony.
