We are over the Garmin InReach System with the global GEOS Alliance connected to get first aid. In the desert we have a rescue car with an experienced local accompanying the tour.

Sleeping Equipment

Arrival and Welcome
We will pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel where we will spend the first night (transfer included). Welcome by the tour manager, briefing on the tour and collection of the Buggy rental vehicle. The evening is at leisure. No dinner included.

Briefing and Visit of the Paddock
Briefing for the tour, visit of the Dakar Paddock and preparation for the tour. Leaving for the first desert camp next to the prologue area. Overnight in a desert camp.

Prologue Dakar Rally
Watch the Dakar Rally prologue at the start and from spectator points. Overnight stay in a desert camp. Breakfast and lunch snacks in the hotel, dinner, drinks and water are provided in the camp.

Start of the Dakar Rally
Watch the start of the Dakar Rally from a spectator point along the first stage of the rally. Overnight in a desert camp. Breakfast, lunch snacks, dinner, drinks and water in the desert camp.

Day 5-9
Driving along the route of the Dakar Rally
The Dakar Rally has left and we are trying to catch up with it over the next four off-road days on routes similar to the rally route. Since the Dakar only announces the route the evening before the next stage, we have to choose our route taking into account the off-road starts and finishes to meet it. On these days we concentrate on off-road driving in the breathtaking landscape of Saudi Arabia and meet the Dakar again in the paddock in Riyadh on the rest day at the latest. It is impossible to follow the stages with 600 to 900 km per day on a tour. Overnight stay in desert camps. Breakfast, lunch snacks, dinner, drinks and water are provided at the camps.

Dakar Paddock
Rest day of the Dakar Rally.Visit of the paddock where we meet the racers and their teams who are preparing the bikes and cars for the second part of the rally. Overnight in a hotel. The evening is at leisure. Dinner not included.

Offroad Tour Days
The Dakar Rally has left for the second part and we are trying to catch up with it over the next off-road days on routes similar to the rally route. Since the Dakar only announces the route the evening before the next stage, we have to choose our route taking into account the off-road starts and finishes to meet it. On these days we concentrate on off-road driving in the breathtaking landscape of Saudi Arabia and meet the Dakar again at selected stages, at the final stage and will take part in the price giving ceremony. It is impossible to follow the stages with 600 to 900 km per day on a tour. Overnight stay in desert camps. Breakfast, lunch snacks, dinner, drinks and water are provided at the camps.

Final of the Dakar Rally
The final stage was enhanced by a mass start and the awarding of bonus points and should be really exciting despite its relatively short distance. A great spectacle for the spectators. In the evening we take part in the awards ceremony. Overnight stay in the desert camp. Breakfast, lunch snacks, dinner, drinks and water are provided in the camp.

Departure
Drive out of the Empty Quarter and departure from Riyadh. We leave the Empty Quarter early in the morning to Riyadh(approx. 8-9 hours), from where you will take your flight in the late evening or better the next day. We serve breakfast in the camp, lunch snacks you take on the way. Good bye Saudi Arabia and Dakar Rally.
