Action VIP Packages for the Red Bull Romaniacs 

The Action Package takes you on a guided tour on both on- and off-road trails on a bike, in a buggy (side by side) or a 4x4 to the start, to service and action points and to the day's finale.

Please refer to the description in the Trip Overview for the daily schedule.

The tours are guided along easy trails and roads, bringing you to the action. In some cases, we have permission to ride on the race track.

The helicopter flight on Saturday is a very special experience and can be booked as an extra; limited seats require early booking.

VIP service desk

You will be personally assisted by a VIP manager from the moment you book and will be accompanied throughout the event.

We will set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for our VIP guests where we will distribute important information, where you can contact the VIP attendant, and where you can interact with other VIP guests. Great friendships and acquaintances have already been formed here.

Round up your experience with a helicopter flight with stunning views over the race track, the service point and the final hill climb. 

Our general terms and conditions apply. This tour requires a 50% deposit and the rest is due 90 days before the tour starts.

VIP Action Tour Offroad Day 1

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs will be racing a grand circuit around Sibiu. The start and finish are in the paddock, connecting to the timed off-road start just outside the city limits.

The VIP ACTION Tour takes you to the start, the service point, and the finish. Along the way, we'll stop at two to four action points, depending on the time slot.

The tour starts and finishes at the Ride Xpower off-road base in the center of Sibiu.

On the way back from the finish, we'll make a short stop in the paddock and watch the mechanics at work.

Preliminary Program

5:30 AM Meeting at the Offroad Base in the Center of Sibiu

6::00 AM Brief stop at the GPS distribution point and drive to the off-road start

Approx. 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM Service point, 2-4 spectator points, and day's finish

5:00 PM End of the tour

The final program will be determined the evening before the start of the tour in accordance with the race program.

VIP Action Tour Offroad Day 2

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs will leave Sibiu for a marathon stage with an overnight stay outside. Service is only possible at the official service point along the way; service crews are not permitted in the evening. The start is in the paddock, connected to the timed off-road start just before the city limits. The service point is not accessible for this tour due to the distance.

This VIP ACTION tour takes you to the start and one or two action points, followed by a scenic off-road loop back to Sibiu.

The tour starts and ends at the Ride Xpower Offroad base in the center of Sibiu.

Provisional Program

5:30 a.m.: Meet at the off-road base in the center of Sibiu

6:00 a.m.: Short stop at the GPS distribution point and drive to the off-road start

1-2 spectator seats and off-road route back to Sibiu

5:00 p.m.: Tour End

The final program will be determined the evening before the tour start, based on the race schedule.

VIP Action Tour Offroad Day 3

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs return to Sibiu from the Marathon stage.

This VIP ACTION tour takes you to the service point and 1-2 action points, then to the finish line and the paddock in Sibiu.

The tour starts and ends at the Ride Xpower Offroad base in the center of Sibiu.

Preliminary Program

6:00 a.m.: Meet at the offroad base in the center of Sibiu.

6:30 a.m.: Ride on gravel and small asphalt roads to the service point.

1-2 spectator spots and the finish line, short stop in the paddock with the service teams.

Approx. 6:00 p.m.: Tour End

The final program will be determined the evening before the tour starts, according to the race program.
