Action VIP Packages for the Red Bull Romaniacs 

The Action Package takes you on a guided tour on both on- and off-road trails on a bike, in a buggy (side by side) or a 4x4 to the start, to service and action points and to the day's finale.

Please refer to the description in the Trip Overview for the daily schedule.

The tours are guided along easy trails and roads, bringing you to the action. In some cases, we have permission to ride on the race track.

The helicopter flight on Saturday is a very special experience and can be booked as an extra; limited seats require early booking.

VIP service desk

You will be personally assisted by a VIP manager from the moment you book and will be accompanied throughout the event.

We will set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for our VIP guests where we will distribute important information, where you can contact the VIP attendant, and where you can interact with other VIP guests. Great friendships and acquaintances have already been formed here.

VIP Action Tour Monday

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs opens with the Nation Ride, the Riders Presentation and the Prologue walk followed by the Show Prologue run of the Pro R

This VIP ACTION tour takes you offroad round Sibiu and to the Rider Presentation and Nation Ride to the VIP area at the prologue area. Access to the VIP area is included in the Action Ride.

The tour starts and ends at the Ride Xpower Offroad base in the center of Sibiu.

Provisional Program

8 a.m.: Meet at the off-road base in the center of Sibiu

Briefing for the day and introduction to the buggy

8.30 a.m. - approx 1 p.m. round trip in the buggy round Sibiu

2-5 p.m. watch the Riders Presentation and the Nation Ride in the VIP area of the Red Bull Romaniacs (included). Meet Racers and VIPs.

5:00 p.m.: Tour End

The final program will be determined the evening before the tour start, based on the race schedule.

VIP Action Tour Offroad Day 1

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs will be racing from Sibiu to the overnigh camp near Petrosani. The start is in Sibiu and you will be able to see at least one spectator point before they escape over the mountain ridge. The service point is not reach for us in time as the distance is too big.

The VIP ACTION Tour takes you to the start and to at least one spectator point and after in a loop on the ridge of the Carpathian Mountains and back to Sibiu.

The tour starts and finishes at the Ride Xpower off-road base in the center of Sibiu.

Preliminary Program

5:30 AM Meeting at the Offroad Base in the Center of Sibiu

6::00 AM Brief stop at the GPS distribution point and drive to the off-road start

Approx. 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM at least 1 spectator points, and if reachable the service point. Return to Sibiu around 5-6 pm.

The final program will be determined the evening before the start of the tour in accordance with the race program.

VIP Action Tour Offroad Day 3

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs return to Sibiu from the outside camp.

This VIP ACTION tour takes you on an offroad tour to 1-2 action points, to the finish line and the paddock in Sibiu.

The tour starts and ends at the Ride Xpower Offroad base in the center of Sibiu.

Preliminary Program

6:00 a.m.: Meet at the offroad base in the center of Sibiu.

6:30 a.m.: Ride on gravel and small asphalt roads to the service point.

1-2 spectator spots and the finish line, short stop in the paddock with the service teams.

Approx. 6:00 p.m.: Tour End

The final program will be determined the evening before the tour starts, according to the race program.
