VIP AREA PROGRAM AT THE PROLOGUE

The VIP area is located directly at the racetrack and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., offering refreshments, coffee and tea, Red Bull, and snacks throughout the day. There are standing and seating areas for small talk.

We invite pro racers and Red Bull Romaniacs organization staff to join us. The exact times will be announced in the WhatsApp group shortly, depending on their availability.

In the VIP area there is a large monitor on which we show the live broadcast of the race.

The prologue finale will take place from 5:00 p.m.

VIP EXPERIENCE OFFROAD DAY 1

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs will make a large loop around Sibiu, starting and finishing at the paddock with a connection to the timed off-road start just outside the city limits.

The VIP program will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the start, the service point, and the finish. Along the way, we'll stop at 2-4 action points depending on the time slot.

You'll be transported in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus; we'll provide water and snacks for the journey.

After crossing the finish line, we'll visit the paddock and watch the service teams prepare the bikes for the next day's ride. Afterwards, we'll round off the day with a pizza at the Roter Ofen restaurant in the Hermanns Hotel before returning you to your hotel.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM

6:00 AM Pick-up at the hotel

6:15 AM Brief stop at the GPS distribution point at the start and drive to the off-road start

Approx. 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM Service point, 2-4 spectator points, and day's finish

Approx. 4:00 PM Paddock walk

5:00 PM Pizza at the Red Oven

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM Return to the hotel

VIP OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE DAY 2

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs will start the marathon stage with an overnight stay in Râmnicu Vulcea, where no service personnel, bike service, or spectators are allowed.

The VIP program will pick you up from your hotel and, after a short stop at the off-road start, take you to the service point and two to four activity points along the way.

On this day, the race will be spending the night outside of Sibiu in Rm Vulcea, where no service teams are allowed. We'll experience the finish line in the heart of the city live in a VIP area, where we'll invite racers for a chat immediately after they cross the finish line and hear firsthand how the stage went.

We serve lunch snacks along the way and in the VIP area at the finish line.

You'll be transported in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus; water and snacks will be provided during the trip.

The return to Sibiu is planned for approximately 6-7 pm

PRELIMINIARY PROGRAM

6:00 AM Pick-up at the hotel

6:15 AM Brief stop at the GPS distribution point at the start and drive to the off-road start, where we will stay for 30 minutes, followed by a drive to the service point (approx. 1.5 hours).

Approx. 9:00 AM Arrival at the service point, stopping at 2-4 spectator points along the route before and after the service point.

Approx. 12:30 PM we head to Rm Vulcea to see the first racer arriving in the stage final.

Approx 6-7 pm end of the event and return to your hotel.

VIP OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE DAY 3

On this day, the Red Bull Romaniacs return to Sibiu from the marathon stage.

The VIP program will pick you up from your hotel and take you directly to the service point with two or three activity points along the way.

In the afternoon, before returning to Sibiu, we'll take you to a quaint Romanian restaurant on the famous Transalpina pass road for lunch (included) and to the biker meeting point at the start of the Transalpina for coffee, a must-visit for every biker.

Back in Sibiu, we'll stop for a paddock walk before returning you to the hotel at approximately 7 p.m.

You'll be transported in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus; water and snacks will be provided during the ride, and lunch is included.

PRELIMINIARY PROGRAM

6:15 Drive to the off-road start, where we will stay for 30 minutes, followed by a drive to the service point (approx. 1.5 hours).

Approx. 9:00 AM Arrival at the service point, stopping at 2-4 spectator points along the route before and after the service point.

Approx. 1:00 PM Return to Sibiu via the famous Transalpina Pass road with a lunch stop at a quaint Romanian Restaurant and a coffee stop at the biker's point. 

Approx 6 pm return to Sibiu, visit of the paddock.

Approx 7 pm end of the event and return to your hotel.

 VIP AREA PROGRAM AT THE FINAL

The VIP area is located directly at the finish line and is open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Refreshments, coffee and tea, Red Bull, and snacks are available throughout the day. There are standing and seating areas for small talk.

In the VIP area there is a large monitor on which we show the live broadcast of the race.

You can walk from the VIP area to the finish area at any time to talk to the racers and participate in live interviews.

VIP SHUTTLE SERVICE

Access and parking at the finish area are restricted and overcrowded. We have set up a shuttle service for you as a VIP guest, which runs every 60 minutes from the Race HQ, which stops at Hotel Hermanns, to the finish area and back. Additional hotel pickups will be arranged as needed and communicated via the WhatsApp group.

RACE PROGRAM

The first racers are expected to arrive at the finish area between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The majority of racers should be at the finish by 4:00 p.m., which closes at 6:30 p.m.
