Race VIP Package for the Red Bull Romaniacs

Race the Red Bull Romaniacs on a brand-new bike with a VIP package that guarantees you a starting spot.

You'll have a VIP area with a VIP manager and mechanics dedicated to you and your bike.

The VIP package includes a 4-star hotel in a single room, airport transfers, and access to all VIP areas during the race and at the after-race party.

You'll be featured at the Riders Presentation and receive exclusive social media exposure during the race.

Your bike will be a brand-new, latest model of your choice.

VIP service desk

You will be personally assisted by a VIP manager from the moment you book and will be accompanied throughout the event.

We will set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for our VIP guests where we will distribute important information, where you can contact the VIP attendant, and where you can interact with other VIP guests. Great friendships and acquaintances have already been formed here.

Our general terms and conditions apply. This tour requires a 50% deposit and the rest is due 90 days before the tour starts.

This day is all about getting to know your bike and Romaniacs. You simply take the bike and ride it for a spin to get a feel for the terrain.

Final Setup, Track Walk and Riders Presentation

In the morning, we'll do the final setup for your bike, and after a short test ride, we'll head off to the track walk for the prologue, where a pro rider will accompany us.

In the afternoon, you'll participate in the Nations Ride, followed by the Riders Presentation, where you'll be briefly introduced.

VIP Guests Track Walk

11:30 a.m.

Track walk with a pro who will explain how to ride the obstacles and what's important to be fast, as well as his strategy for the prologue.

Red Bull Romaniacs Opening Ceremony

1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

1 p.m. - 2 p.m. Nations Ride. You'll watch the racers as they ride from the paddock through the city to the main square, where they receive an official welcome, and then ride along the prologue past the VIP grandstand to the rider presentation opposite our VIP area. At 1:45 p.m., the Gold Class riders will compete in the prologue. A fantastic event.

14 official openings, a media shoot, and then a meet & greet with the racers.

Riders Presentation

You will be briefly introduced to the media and the other racers during the Riders Presentation. You will also receive a briefing.

VIP Aea Access

You have all-day access to the VIP area directly at the Riders Presentation.

After the end of the official ceremony, we'll invite Martin Freinademetz, Andy Fazekas, who's in charge of the prologue, and a few pro racers to the VIP area for a chat.

The VIP area closes at 6:00 p.m.

VIP AREA PROGRAM AT THE PROLOGUE

The VIP area is located directly at the racetrack and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., offering refreshments, coffee and tea, Red Bull, and snacks throughout the day. There are standing and seating areas for small talk.

We invite pro racers and Red Bull Romaniacs organization staff to join us. The exact times will be announced in the WhatsApp group shortly, depending on their availability.

In the VIP area there is a large monitor on which we show the live broadcast of the race.

The prologue finale will take place from 5:00 p.m.

You'll start the first day of off-road racing from the Ride Xpower paddock, drive to the start of the connecting stage where you'll receive your GPS, and then drive to the off-road start.

You'll receive your exact start time on Tuesday evening.

After washing your bike, you'll return to the Ride Xpower paddock, where we'll set it up for the first leg of the marathon stage on the next day.

You'll start the first day of off-road racing from the Ride Xpower paddock, ride to the start of the connecting stage where you'll receive your GPS, and then to the off-road start.

You'll receive your exact start time on Tuesday evening.

You'll return that day and spend the night outside of Sibiu in Rm Vulcea, where we've reserved a room for you. No bike service is permitted after the race. Service will be done at the service point that day or the next day.

You'll start the marathon stage on the second day of the off-road race from the Ride Xpower paddock, ride to the start of the connecting stage where you'll receive your GPS, and then to the off-road start.

You'll receive your exact start time on Tuesday evening.

You won't return to Sibiu that day; you'll spend the night outside of Sibiu in Rm Vulcea, where we've reserved a room for you. No bike service is permitted after the race. Service will be provided at the service point that day or the following day.

There's a VIP area in Rm Vulcea that you'll have access to after you cross the finish line.

On this third off-road day, you'll return to Sibiu from the Marathon stage. Repairs and tire changes are permitted at the service point.

After washing your bike, you'll return to the Ride Xpower paddock, where we'll set it up for the fourth and final day of racing.

You'll start again in the Ride Xpower paddock, pick up your GPS at the official start, and ride the short connecting stage to the off-road start.

The finale of the Red Bull Romaniacs is at the legendary hill climb just outside Sibiu. You'll be met at the finish line, and after the media interview, you'll be taken to the VIP area right by the finish line, where we'll welcome you with a cold drink and you can chat with the other racers in the finish area. A few pro racers will surely stop by the VIP tent.

We'll bring your bike back to the paddock, and you'll take the VIP shuttle.

In the evening, there's the after-race party, where a seat in the VIP area has been reserved for you.

VIP Area Program at the Final

The VIP area is located directly at the finish line and is open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Refreshments, coffee and tea, Red Bull, and snacks are available throughout the day. There are standing and seating areas for small talk.

In the VIP area there is a large monitor on which we show the live broadcast of the race.

You can walk from the VIP area to the finish area at any time to talk to the racers and participate in live interviews.
