Spectator VIP Package for the Red Bull Romaniacs 

Experience the action of the Red Bull Romaniacs up close and from the best seats as a spectator.

The VIP areas on Monday and Tuesday at the prologue and on Saturday at the final offer meet & greets with other VIP guests, the organizer and his team, as well as racers we invite exclusively for a chat. Drinks and snacks are provided in the VIP areas.

On Wednesday and Friday when a shuttle service to the event is offered, we do not offer VIP areas, but we do provide non-alcoholic drinks and snacks during the day.

There is no program scheduled for Thursday, as the rally stage takes place too far from Sibiu.

Monday/Tuesday

VIP grandstand for the rider presentation and Nation Ride (Monday from 12:00 PM) and the Prologue (all day Tuesday). 2-Day Ticket valid for Monday and Tuesday. Drinks and Snacks provided.

Wednesday

Shuttle to Action Points and the Service Point. Non alcoholic drinks and snacks provided.

Thursday

No program as the stage takes place far from Sibiu.

Friday

Shuttle to Action Points and the Service Point. Non alcoholic drinks and snacks provided.

Saturday

VIP grandstand at the finish line, drinks and snacks provided. VIP area at the After Race Party (no drinks and snacks provided).

A helicopter flight on Saturday is a very special experience and can be booked as an extra; limited seats require early booking.

VIP service desk

You will be personally assisted by a VIP manager from the moment you book and will be accompanied throughout the event.

We will set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for our VIP guests where we will distribute important information, where you can contact the VIP attendant, and where you can interact with other VIP guests. Great friendships and acquaintances have already been formed here.

Family Package

With the Family Package, you bring your loved ones to the race, and we'll take care of them while you race, bring them to the off-road action, and host them in the VIP area during the Riders' Presentation, the Nation Ride, the Prologue, and on Saturday at the finale, where they'll be waiting for you in the finish area for a finisher photo.

Our general terms and conditions apply. This tour requires a 50% deposit and the rest is due 90 days before the tour starts.

VIP AREA PROGRAM

The VIP area is located directly at the racetrack and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering refreshments, coffee and tea, Red Bull, and snacks throughout the day. There are standing and seating areas for small talk.

In the public area directly in front of the Riders Presentation we will set up a small standing VIP area from where you can follow the show up close.

We invite pro racers and Red Bull Romaniacs organization staff to join us. The exact times will be announced in the WhatsApp group shortly, depending on their availability.

In the VIP area there is a large monitor on which we show the live broadcast of the race.

MONDAY July 27

VIP Guests Track Walk

11:30 a.m.

Track walk with a pro who will explain how to ride the obstacles and what's important to be fast, as well as his strategy for the prologue.

Red Bull Romaniacs Opening Ceremony

1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

1 p.m. - 2 p.m. Nations Ride. You'll watch the racers as they ride from the paddock through the city to the main square, where they receive an official welcome, and then ride along the prologue past the VIP grandstand to the rider presentation opposite our VIP area. At 1:45 p.m., the Gold Class riders will compete in the prologue. A fantastic event.

2 p.m. official openings, a media shoot, and then a meet & greet with the racers.

Afterwards, we'll invite Martin Freinademetz, Andy Fazekas, who's in charge of the prologue, and a few pro racers to the VIP area for a chat.

The VIP area closes at 6:00 p.m.

 VIP AREA PROGRAM AT THE FINAL

You can walk from the VIP area to the finish area at any time to talk to the racers and participate in live interviews.

VIP SHUTTLE SERVICE

Access and parking at the finish area are restricted and overcrowded. We have set up a shuttle service for you as a VIP guest, which runs every 60 minutes from the Race HQ, which stops at Hotel Hermanns, to the finish area and back. To reserve your shuttle seat please contact us over the WhatsApp group.

RACE PROGRAM

The first racers are expected to arrive at the finish area between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The majority of racers should be at the finish by 4:00 p.m., which closes at 6:30 p.m.
